Using gentle, non-invasive muscle testing techniques, we can identify the blockages and create steps to stop them from re-occurring. These blockages are often caused by emotional trauma, unresolved stress, physical injury, or insufficient nutrition in our diet.

This hands-on (or hovering approach, if you prefer) uses natural life-force energy to restore balance within your body. Using Reiki can clear energetic blockages from your chakras, allowing you to release stagnant energy and negative emotions. This gentle healing process will help remove all that no longer serves you, allowing you to move forward on your journey to wellness.

    *Reiki can be used to reduce physical pain, anxiety, and fatigue and help manage symptoms of medications. This technique has also been known to induce deep relaxation, calm the body and mind, decrease emotional stress, and promote a more restful night's sleep.
