Nutrition and Coaching

As a nutritionist, I integrate traditional food wisdom and current scientific evidence to guide and motivate you toward healthy food choices, food habits and behaviours to enhance health and wellbeing.

With a personal training background, I also have a passion for coaching and weight loss / management. I achieve this by empowering clients to take their nutrition into their own hands with a deeper understanding of energy expenditure and the importance of balanced nutrition to achieve their goals.
